Cocoa butter is a tip of natural vegetable fat with a high level of saturated fat. It contains oleic acid (omega 9), stearic acid, , linoleic acid (omega 6), arachidonic acid,palmitic acid palmitoleic acid and fatty acids.






Cocoa butter also contains tryptophan and antioxidants (polyphenols, flavonoids), but also calcium, magnesium, zinc, potassium, vitamins E and vitamin K and a caffeine-like compound.





Its consumption stimulates the production of phenylethylamine and dopamine, both responsible for a mild state of euphoria and dreaming.






Is edible, being used for the preparation of many raw vegan desserts and it has a wide use in cosmetics, especially home-made and self-made.
