Natural recommendations in inflammatory diseases

Inflammation is a natural reaction of the body to a wound or an infection.

Too much inflammation can lead to immobility, weakening of muscle tissue, weight loss and even the inability to fight the disease.

Any tissue or organ in the body can become inflamed, internally or externally, usually internal inflammation is caused by bacteria or other diseases such as allergies, anemia, arthritis, asthma, autoimmune diseases, Crohn's disease, osteoarthritis, peptic ulcer or ulcerative colitis.

External inflammation is the result of an injury or it can also be the cause of an allergic reaction, infections or other factors.

Unfortunately, the source of the inflammation is very difficult to detect.

To reduce the risk of inflammation in the body, it is good to have a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.

Some plants such as alfalfa, aloe vera, blueberries, boswellia and turmeric are recommended for certain inflammatory conditions, as well as mate clove, cayenne pepper, white willow bark, echinacea, devil's claw, red clover, nettle su yucca are good for inflammation .

In order to benefit from the multiple effect of natural anti-inflammatories, it is recommended to use poultices externally, at the painful site.

Poultices are combinations of plants in the form of a medicinal paste, where you can mix fenugreek with flax seeds, gentian and/or mustard, extracts from olive leaves and apply to the painful and inflamed place.

It is recommended to have a diet rich in flavonoids (strong antioxidants), raw foods and hydration with water, herbal teas and fresh juices.

Before administering any kind of supplement, it is good to consult with the specialist for a correct recommendation.

Health, better than all!
