Cum iti prepari singura propria crema bio

Updated: Jun 1, 2020

Ingrediente:

-unt de cacao 35g

-ulei de cocos 50 g

-amidon lipofil 5g (optional)

Actiune terapeutica:

-regenerantoare pentru piele crapata( inclusiv maini, calcaie)

-emolienta pentru piele uscata

-nutritiva

-anticelulitica si antivergeturi

Important! Inainte de folosirea oricarui preparat este necesar sa incercati pe o portiune mica a corpului dumneavoastra, in conditiile in care apar efecte nedorite ca roseata si mancarimi renuntati la utilizarea preparatului!

How to make your own organic cream

Since the school of pharmacy assistant I was fascinated by the preparation of pharmacy products, especially ointments, syrups and other solutions for external use. What I never liked was the fact that I was taking exams from them and I had to learn them very well, because I had pharmacy assistants and pharmacists who knew these preparations by heart and scored you according to your teaching. My luck was that in those 3 years I had only good teachers who gave all their interest in teaching me this profession, which is not easy at all. Maybe for some you think I would be a simple seller, but in fact behind the counter are years of practice and continuous learning, because in this job you do not get bored, there will always be something new to learn, a prospect from a drug / supplement just out on the market, side effects, contraindications which is very difficult to remember the  prospectus

of more than 1000 products that can be found in a pharmacy. So, if an assistant or a pharmacist reads a prospectus in front of you, it does not mean that he does not know anything about that medicine but he just wants to make sure that he gives the correct information.

Preparing ointments / creams at home has never been easier, and in the times we are in, an organic cream, without preservatives or other substances that do not have a therapeutic action on the skin are not found, and if you are a person who likes to use only natural products then the best choice is to prepare yourself, at home, a 100% natural care product.

The disadvantage of homemade cosmetics is that they do not have a long shelf life, but if they are used in the composition of the recipe of the preparation and antioxidants as natural preservatives, then the shelf life will increase.

The validity of the preparations also depends on the preparation method, this must be done in previously cleaned and disinfected containers, their storage in the appropriate containers as well as in a cool / cold environment.

The difference between ointment and cream is that the ointment contains only lipophilic substances and the cream, in addition to lipophilic substances has a low water content, which makes it more unstable in terms of validity if not prescribed and a preservative natural.

I remade a body cream, why do I say remade, because you can find the original recipe on the site where I also purchased Elemental.eu products, I adapted the recipe according to my preferences but the quantities and substances are similar as bases and therapeutic action. ingredients:

- cocoa butter35g

-Coconut oil 50 g

-lipophilic starch 5g (optional)

Cocoa butter has antioxidant, regenerating, emollient properties, strengthens the skin's protective barrier due to its high content of nutrients. It melts on contact with the skin.

Coconut oil is rich in vitamins A, E and C, contains the minerals Iron and Calcium, is a good restorer of skin tissue, can be used for skin care and for nourishing and regenerating hair.

Lipophilic starch is a cosmetic natural substance that absorbs from the fat of lipophilic substances so that when applying the cream on the skin does not remain a too creamy layer, thus leaving a velvety skin.

Method of preparation:

Cocoa butter melts on a water bath, so it reaches from solid to liquid state, we do the same with coconut oil (a pure coconut oil is solid), after which we wait for the cocoa butter to reach room temperature and over we pour the coconut oil and mix with a whisk until the composition begins to cool reaching a slightly stronger texture and finally add the lipophilic starch and mix vigorously to enter the composition of the cream.

The result is an oily, yellowish composition with a faint coconut odor.

Store cold (2-5 degrees C).

It can last up to 6 months if stored properly!

Therapeutic action:

-regenerators for cracked skin (including hands, heels)

- emollient for dry skin

- nutritious- anti-cellulite and anti-stretch marks

Important! Before using any preparation, it is necessary to try on a small part of your body, in the conditions in which side effects appear such as redness and itching, the application is interrupted!
